Start With Confidence
Knowing how to clean professionally and knowing how DRC operates are two different things. Your paid ride-along period gives you time to become familiar with our service standards, systems and client expectations alongside experienced DRC cleaners before taking on assignments independently.
More Ways to Earn
Start at $23/hour during your paid ride-along period, then move to $25/hour once it's successfully completed. From there, you'll also have opportunities to earn higher rates through select premium-pay assignments.
You focus on providing a great service; our admin team handles much of what happens behind the scenes. From scheduling and client coordination to answering questions and helping when something unexpected comes up, there's someone available when you need support.
